The workshops

Four tracks. Same price, same promise.

Every workshop runs three hours, live and virtual, for $89, and the recording is included whether you attend or not. You are taught something you can use the same afternoon. There is one ask, it comes at the end, and it is easy to ignore.

AI for Security and Safety Leaders and Executives

  • 9:00–12:00 Central
  • Free for professionals
  • Live and virtual
  • Recording included

Three focused hours for the people responsible for safety: how to put AI to work without inheriting new risk, and how prevention that is scientifically reliable fits alongside it. Thirty minutes of teaching at the top, then the rest of the time is yours — real questions, worked live, in front of the room.

It lands one week after GSX in Atlanta, on purpose, while those conversations are still warm.

How a workshop is built

Three hours. The ask is the last five minutes.

This is the shape of every workshop, not a description of a good one. Roughly nine minutes in ten are teaching. Nothing is held back for a paid tier, and the recording arrives regardless.

One workshop · 180 minutes · 9:00 to 12:00 Central
9:0010:0011:0012:00
Teaching, block one. The material itself, worked through with real examples rather than slides about examples.
Ten minutes back. Cameras off, nothing runs. Three hours without a break is three hours nobody finishes.
Teaching, block two. Applied to your situation. This is where people bring the awkward, specific problem.
Live questions. Open floor, both presenters, no queue-jumping for people who paid more. Nobody paid more.
The ask — five minutes, at the very end. One sentence about what else exists, and then the session is over. If you leave at 11:55 you have missed nothing you paid for.

Why say this out loud? Because most people have sat through a “workshop” that turned out to be a two-hour advertisement, and they are right to expect it. The proportions above are the commitment.

The free rooms

Six hours a week that cost nothing.

You do not have to buy a workshop to get value here, and you do not have to buy one afterward either. Register once and your own access link arrives by email — one click, no password, the same door every time, and it works for every room on this schedule. All times Central.

Tue · Wed · Thu · 1:00–2:00 PM

Open office hours Free

Bring one real problem and get a straight answer. A process eating your week, a policy you are unsure about, or simply where to begin. Nobody chases you afterward.

Wednesday · 2:00–3:00 PM

For agency owners

The hour for people who run a service business and carry a payroll: staffing, retention and the operational decisions that quietly cost the most.

Wednesday · 3:00–4:00 PM

For caregivers and families

Practical technology for the household and the people you look after. Education and technology only — never medical, nursing or care advice.

Wednesday · 6:30–7:30 PM

The evening room

The same conversation for people who cannot make a daytime hour. Come straight from work; no preparation and no camera required.

Friday · 6:00–8:00 PM

The Friday PM Show

The week’s close. A workshop at 6:00, open questions and answers at 7:00, and the podcast recording at 7:30.

How it fits together

A room, a workshop, and somewhere to keep going.

Three steps, and you can stop at any one of them. Most people start at the free room because it costs nothing to find out whether any of this is for you.

Where it continues

Join the community

A workshop ends. The questions do not. The community is where the follow-up questions get answered, where the material stays available, and where you find the other people working on the same thing.

community.pureexpertz.ai
The community

The part that keeps going.

A live session is one afternoon. The work is longer than that. The community at community.pureexpertz.ai is where the conversation carries on between rooms — and it is the piece most people miss, because we have not talked about it nearly enough.

  • Ask between sessions. The question you thought of on the drive home is still a good question on Thursday.
  • The material stays put. Recordings, notes and the things worth keeping do not disappear into an inbox.
  • The other people. Agency owners, real estate professionals, families and safety leaders working through the same decisions, a few weeks ahead or behind you.
  • One place, not five. This is the home for it. Nothing is being moved again.

Who is in the room

Two people, both of whom show up.

Andy Babala, CPP

Board Certified in Security Management, ASIS International

Twenty years reading how organizations actually fail, rather than how they say they work — and putting AI to work in businesses where a mistake has consequences.

He worked in physical therapy and caregiving for years before building systems for the businesses that do that work, which is why the household track is on this page at all.

Dr. John D. Byrnes

Founder, Center for Aggression Management

The author of the Aggression Continuum, and the person organizations call when they want prevention that can be measured rather than a policy that sounds reassuring.

He co-presents the security and safety track. That content is education and training, developed alongside Dr. Byrnes and the Center for Aggression Management — it is not counseling, clinical care, therapy or emergency response.

Before your first session

Two minutes now saves the whole hour.

Install Zoom once

Every room and every workshop runs on Zoom. If it is not installed, the join button quietly does nothing — that is the single most common reason somebody registers and never gets in.

Get it at zoom.us/download. It takes about a minute, and you do not need an account.

The rules of the room

Four of them. That is the whole list.

Questions people actually ask

The details, before you ask for them.

What do I get for $89?

Three hours, live and virtual, with both presenters in the room, plus the recording afterward. The recording is included whether or not you attend on the day — if something comes up, you have not lost the money.

Are the free rooms really free?

Yes. Six hours a week, no card, no trial that converts. Register once at pureexpertz.pro/rooms and the same access link opens every one of them.

Do I have to be technical?

No. The sessions are built for people who run something — a household, an agency, a practice, a safety program — not for people who build software. If you can use email you are the intended audience.

Will I be sold to?

There is one ask, it is about five minutes, and it comes at the very end of the session. See the timeline above — those proportions are the commitment, not a description of a good day.

Do I get a certificate or a credential?

No. Pure Expertz programs are private professional education and are not accredited by any college, university or accrediting body in the United States. Attending a session does not confer any certification. What you get is the material and the recording.

Is the safety content clinical or counseling?

No. Safety and prevention content is education and training, developed alongside Dr. John D. Byrnes and the Center for Aggression Management. It is not counseling, clinical care, therapy or emergency response, and it is not a substitute for any of them.

What about the household and caregiving track?

Education and technology only. We do not provide medical care, nursing, personal care or emergency response, and nothing on this page or in the sessions is medical advice.

Can I just talk to a person?

Call 847-991-9985 and ask for Olivia. That is the intake and concierge line for Pure Expertz — Olivia can answer questions about the schedule, the workshops and registration, and can get a message to the right person.

Do you run sessions in Polish?

Yes — mówimy po polsku. Ask when you register, or mention it on the call.
